Juice shop Succo soon to open

A new cold-pressed juice shop, Succo, will soon be opening its doors in Rincon Valley, offering customers a range of delicious and nutritious cold-pressed juices. Located in the Safeway shopping center on Calistoga Road, Succo has drink options for health-conscious locals and visitors alike.
Succo's juices are made using a cold-press process that preserves the nutrients in the fruits and vegetables, resulting in a more nutritious and flavorful juice, Ortiz said. The shop offers a variety of blends, each with its unique mix of fruits, vegetables, and superfoods. The idea to make a cold-pressed juice shop arose during the pandemic, when Stephanie Ortiz, a co-owner of Succo, wanted some juice. There was a juice shop that she used to go to, but it was too far to go daily. That's when she started doing her own pressing at home. While researching presses, she saw one that cost $8,000. She then wondered why there would be a juice press that is so expensive. She then went deeper into the rabbit hole of cold pressed juices, and then realized that she could make a business with it.
At Succo, you will be able to get many juices, including pure celery juice, where they “put a celery into the machine and it extracts all the nutrients and minerals.”
Succo will offer a range of other juices, including some made with pineapple, cucumber, mint, and lime, and another made with beet, apple, ginger, carrot, and lemon. The shop will also offer a selection of smoothies, açai bowls, and healthy snacks such as avocado toast.
Ortiz hopes to attract all customers, from “infants to adults.”
The shop's interior will be bright and modern with a lounge area to relax and drink juice with friends or family. Succo also uses all organic ingredients, sourcing them from Andy’s Produce Market and Earl’s Organic Produce.
In a world where fast food and sugary drinks are often the norm, Succo might be a refreshing change. Succo will be a convenient and delicious way to prioritize health and wellness.
Succo will be open sometime in March, and they are currently taking online orders at www.succocoldpressed.com.
